Kidz In Motion: No One Said It Would Be Easy
People seem to know that children should be active, but they don’t understand the urgent matter at hand that they need to act now! Right Now! Getting children active in their early years WILL give them a head start to a healthy long lifestyle. I’m sure everyone does not need to be told about the higher risk of obesity in children with all the fast food and electronics theses day. That’s all you hear about, but is anyone really doing anything about it? I say no. As my son reached his 4th, 5th and 6th year of his life I notices there weren’t many programs for him other than sport play or individual sports that ran once maybe twice a week.
Why not have something they can do EVERYDAY. Of course parents need to work….and who can pick up their children from school every day and take them from place to place ( Super parents that’s who!) ? Ok seriously back on track here, I got an idea! Why not have an after school program just for school aged children ( yes that includes 4,5 &6 year olds). Something easy for parents and the children get the activities they need to be healthy and happy!
I invented Kidz In Motion. A program that runs after school either in the school or we can pick up YOUR kid and bring them to our fitness centre for children! WOW that’s amazing! Parents don’t have to worry about running around trying to get out of work at 3pm AND children have fun with their friends while staying healthy! I know what you are thinking…..why didn’t I think of that? Well no worries because I did J So where can you find this amazing program?
We are currently offering Kidz In Motion to children from King George JR Public School, Humbercrest Public School and James Culnan Catholic School.
